All cancellations require a 24hr notice, you may only transfer your deposit to another date once. If cancellation isn’t done 24hrs prior, a new deposit will be required for a new appointment. Late arrivals please note that if you are 10 minutes late for a service, I may not be able to accommodate the service booked.
